Akreditasi JCI RSPJ 2021

What is JCI (Joint Commission International)?

JCI (Joint Commission International) is a certification body in the field of health care organization with a focus on patient safety and good service quality.

Why JCI (Joint Commission International)?

In accordance with the philosophy of our hospital, namely People Caring for People, Premier Jatinegara Hospital always prioritizes quality service by focusing on patient safety. We maintain the quality assessment by monitoring and evaluating through the 16 Field Hospital Accreditation Certification by the Hospital Accreditation Commission, ISO 9001:2008 Certification, HICMR (Healthcare Infection Control Management Resources - Australia) Certification and our final challenge, JCI Accreditation.

JCI accreditation is an accreditation that has standards focusing on patients and management of health services, where the overall standards are based on International Patient Safety Goals, namely correct patient identification, effective communication, appropriate treatment, safe operation, prevention of infection and prevention of falls.

Akreditasi KARS RSPJ

2012:
Successfully obtained an Accreditation Certification from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia with the title PARIPURNA

Akreditasi ISO 9001 SGS RSPJ

1997:
Obtained ISO 9002:1994 certification for all areas of clinical and administrative services in hospitals.

2001:
Successfully upgraded ISO 9001:2000 certification for all clinical and administrative service areas in hospitals.

2010:
Successfully upgraded ISO 9001:2008 certification for all areas of clinical and administrative services in hospitals.

2014:
Successfully upgraded ISO 9001:2008 certification for all areas of clinical and administrative services in hospitals.

Sertifikat Halal MUI

2009:
Successfully obtained Halal Certificate for food, medicine, or cosmetics from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), on February 22, 2012

2012:
Successfully obtained Halal Certificate for food, medicine, or cosmetics from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), on February 22, 2012

2014:
Successfully obtained an Excellent Halal Certificate for food, medicine, or cosmetics from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), on June 18, 2014

2015:
Successfully obtained HICMR Certification in August 2015.

1997:
Successfully obtained accreditation certification from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 5 (five) service sectors.

2000:
Obtained accreditation certification from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 12 (twelve) service sectors.

2005:
Obtained accreditation certification from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 16 (sixteen) service sectors.

2008:
Successfully maintained accreditation certification from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 16 (sixteen) service sectors.

2010:
Successfully won the Award Certificate as a Hospital with Excellent Predicate in the application of a no-smoking area in DKI Jakarta Province in 2010. The certificate was received on June 27, 2010.

2011:
Successfully received an Award Certificate as a Company with a Good Predicate on environmental compliance and performance management in DKI Jakarta Province in 2011. Received on September 27, 2011.
