Baby cases that have been dealt with include:

- Meconium Aspiration Syndrome
- Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn
- Congenital abnormalities
- Congenital Diaphragmatica Hernia

- Pulmonary Atresia
The NICU in Premier Jatinegara Hospital has other advantages, namely NICU, which loves mothers and babies, this is because the NICU team can provide teaching to parents regarding KMC (Kangaroo Mother Care) and Cup Feeding (breastfeeding through cups and NOT baby pacifiers). And the most important thing is that the NICU strongly supports breastfeeding so that mothers can visit at any time to breastfeed babies and learn KMC and Cup Feeding until preparation before the baby comes home like bathing a baby.
